Company History

GOLDMARK SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS was incorporated in the year 2002, as a limited liability company. It was birthed by Goldmark Trading Company which was incorporated in Nigeria on the 23rd of June, 1951 by the founder Sir J. O. Arthur, whose crave for quality made him pick the name GOLDMARK (The MARK for BEST QUALITY). Quality today, still stand as our core value. Goldmark Trading Company has experienced a great deal of metamorphosis, even as the years rolled by. Today GOLDMARK is involved in various aspects of the information and communication technology (ICT) industry and this is due to some of the stakeholder's interest and vast knowledge in the field. Indeed, she has become a force you cannot ignore in the industry.
